Procurement strategy.

Source verification, counterfeit avoidance, country-of-origin and HTS documentation, and export classification reviewed before commitment. Advanced compute is export-controlled and the rules keep moving — this gets handled as a condition of the order, not as paperwork afterward.

Supply Access
When the calendar is the constraint.
Specification is only half the problem. Standard channel lead times on accelerated compute frequently land after the site is ready to run, and that gap costs more than the hardware does.
Where a schedule requires it, we work authorized supply to find positions that ship sooner — with end-user documentation, consignee verification, and export clearance completed before funds are committed. Expedited supply carries a premium, and we’ll tell you plainly when your schedule has enough slack that it isn’t worth paying.
